Happy New Year Wanderers fans! Bolton are set kick-off 2019 with an away game against Hull City today.
Wanderers have enjoyed their festive fixtures this season, earning four points from a possible six in the last two games.
Bolton secured their first win and clean sheet since September over the Christmas period. They managed to overcome Rotherham to earn a 2-1 win and held off Stoke in a hard fought 0-0 draw.

The results will surely have buoyed the Bolton players after a dreadful run of form since October.
Can Bolton take that confidence and make it three games unbeaten against Hull today?

A few weeks ago, a quick glance at the table showed Hull sitting in and around the relegation places after they suffered a tricky start to the season. A promising sign for Bolton.
However, Hull now sit 14th in the Championship and are one of the form sides in the league.
Since playing Bolton back in October, the Tigers have won seven of their last 11 league games and have beaten promotion contenders West Brom and Leeds in recent weeks.

With form like that, Bolton will have to be at their very best to get anything from their New Year visit to Humberside.
